These files are for the HRSS Extant Roundhouse Survey.
They include the Data Request Form, along with 11x17 and an 8-1/2x11 versions of the Extant Roundhouse Survey. The 11x17 version allows for simpler, more consolidated viewing on a computer, while the smaller version allows for printing at a larger font size on home printers not capable of the larger paper.
